Cosa farai (attività e obiettivi)
Il corso sarà diviso in due moduli pratici , uno su Trello e uno su Jira.
Modulo Trello
- Registrare in screen recording (es. Loom), lavorando direttamente dentro Trello: creazione di board, liste e card in tempo reale, non solo slide teoriche.
- Mostrare come si struttura un progetto in Trello: board , liste (es. Da fare / In corso / Fatto), card , checklist , scadenze , etichette e assegnazione dei membri .
- Mostrare l'uso pratico dei Power-Up (es. Calendar, Custom Fields, Voting) e delle automazioni con Butler , per automatizzare azioni ripetitive senza scrivere codice.
- Illustrare le viste avanzate (Timeline, Calendario, Dashboard, Tabella, Mappa), per usare Trello oltre la semplice bacheca visiva.
- Realizzare almeno 1 caso studio pratico end-to-end su Trello (es. gestione di un piccolo progetto dal brief alla consegna).
Modulo Jira
- Registrare in screen recording , lavorando direttamente dentro Jira: progetto live, configurazioni, esempi applicati.
- Mostrare casi d'uso reali: setup di un progetto (Scrum/Kanban), gestione di backlog, sprint e board, automazioni native, dashboard, reporting (burndown, velocity chart).
- Illustrare Jira Work Management (per team non tecnici) e Advanced Roadmaps / Timeline view per la pianificazione multi-progetto.
- Spiegare la gestione di permessi e ruoli e chiarire la differenza tra Jira Software, Jira Work Management e Jira Service Management.
- Realizzare almeno 1 caso studio pratico end-to-end su Jira (es. gestione progetto).
Requisiti
- 3+ anni di esperienza pratica sia con Trello che con Jira come PM o consulente.
- Esperienza pratica con strumenti di screen recording (Loom o simili) per la creazione di contenuti didattici.
- Capacità didattiche, chiarezza espositiva, buona dizione per la registrazione video.
- Esperienza pregressa nella produzione di contenuti video/tutorial tecnici su Trello e/o Jira.
Chi stiamo cercando
Non serve un titolo specifico: cerchiamo persone che usano Trello e Jira da anni nel lavoro vero. Ecco alcuni esempi:
- Consulente Atlassian – lavora per altre aziende aiutandole a impostare e usare Trello e Jira (spesso ha già certificazioni ufficiali)
- Project Manager o Scrum Master in agenzia o software house – usa entrambi gli strumenti per gestire progetti diversi in base al team e al contesto
- Formatore aziendale – tiene già corsi o formazione su strumenti digitali simili (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, ecc.)
- Responsabile operativo o Product Manager – gestisce da anni entrambi i sistemi nella propria azienda
