The role
You will apply hands-on private equity and finance experience to review documents, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and create scenario-based training content grounded in real PE workflows. What you'll do
Daily tasks blend subject-matter review with annotation and content creation to improve model performance on private equity tasks.
- Review and analyze investment memos, case studies, and financial models for AI training purposes.
- Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, commercial awareness, and relevance to private equity workflows.
- Create scenario-based content grounded in real private equity decision-making (deal sourcing, due diligence, exits, portfolio management).
- Define and document best practices for interpreting complex financial documents for labelers and model evaluators.
- Contribute expert knowledge to improve labels, rubrics, and evaluation criteria used in training datasets.
Requirements
