Key Responsibilities Design and develop comprehensive, play-based curriculum frameworks for early childhood education (ages 3-6). Create engaging digital learning content, including interactive activities, lessons, and assessments. Collaborate with instructional designers, animators, and developers to bring curriculum to life. Ensure all curriculum aligns with early learning standards (e.g., Common Core, NAEYC guidelines) and educational best practices. Conduct research on current trends and research in early childhood education and EdTech. Write clear, concise, and engaging instructional text for digital learning modules. Review and evaluate existing curriculum content for accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness. Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to product strategy discussions. Test and refine curriculum components based on user feedback and data analytics. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 4 years of experience in curriculum development for early childhood education, preferably in a digital or EdTech environment. Proven experience creating engaging, age-appropriate learning content. Strong understanding of child development theories, pedagogy, and learning principles. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
