We are seeking a highly capable strategist to help define and deliver against Nike’s most important strategic imperatives. This role is ideal for a strategist with rigorous problem‑solving experience who thrives in fast‑moving, matrixed environments and is motivated by delivering real business impact.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, clear strategic judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to influence across senior stakeholders while leading complex, cross‑functional work.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training· 9–10+ years of directly relevant work experience, 7-8+ years if candidate has an MBA e.g.: corporate/business-unit strategy, management consulting, or corporate development.
· Demonstrated experience leading complex strategic initiatives from problem definition through executive decision-making and execution support
Preferred Requirements
· MBA or equivalent advanced degree· Experience working in, or directly with, global, matrixed organizations
· Familiarity with consumer, retail, or brand‑led businesses
· Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders
· Experience developing and implementing strategic processes or frameworks
